This site describes the laundry services of Stinky's Laundry. Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP). USD figures are approximate and a guide only; you pay in pesos. Prices can change; the price quoted at the counter or on WhatsApp when we receive your laundry is the one that applies.

Privacy policy, summary

When you write or call us, we process your name, phone number and message to answer you and to tell you when your laundry is ready. When we receive your laundry we note the weight on your ticket. For business clients we process the contact person’s name, phone and email and the company’s billing details.

After you collect your laundry, we may send you one WhatsApp message asking for a Google review. Only if you agree when you drop off your laundry do we occasionally tell you about news or offers; one message stops it. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties unless the law requires it or it is needed to provide the service.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no forms that send data to our server. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Fonts load from this site’s own server.

To show approximate prices in other currencies, your browser fetches the day’s exchange rate from external services (api.frankfurter.dev, cdn.jsdelivr.net or latest.currency-api.pages.dev). These services receive your IP address, as any website you visit does, but no other personal data. The currency you choose is stored only in your browser (local storage), not on our server.

You can access, update and correct your data, revoke your consent and ask for deletion where no legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it, and you can file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Write to stinkyslaundryprovenza@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. We answer requests within ten working days and complaints within fifteen working days.

This policy applies from 19 October 2026 and may be updated. The Spanish version is binding.
