Two pairs of sneakers: 30,000 COP. Five shirts, steam ironed: 60,000 COP. Jeans and a hoodie with the whites washed on their own: 1.5 kg plus 1 kg for the second machine, so 21,250 COP with Standard. An 8 kg bag with the whites on their own: 68,000 COP, no extra charge.

Prices for private customers include IVA. Pay in cash (Colombian pesos) or by Bancolombia transfer. We don’t take cards. Bancolombia cash machines are on Calle 10, two minutes away.

How we charge
By weight, at the counter
Magda weighs your bag at the counter and writes your ticket, so you know the price before you pay. The minimum per order is 10,000 COP.
Washed, dried and folded
The kilo price covers washing, drying and folding. Anything washed on its own needs a second machine and counts as 1 kg extra, for bags up to 6 kg. Steam ironing costs 12,000 COP per piece on top.
Stains
Show us stains when you drop off. César removes them with his own method. On whites they almost always come out, because we can use other detergents there. On colored clothes it is harder, but we try.
Paying
Cash in Colombian pesos or a Bancolombia transfer. We don’t take cards. Amounts in other currencies on this site are approximate.
Invoice
Magda sends the electronic invoice if you need one. Give her the name and the NIT or cédula.
What we do not take
No dry cleaning: suits, wool coats and silk should go to a dry cleaner. And no laundry soiled with urine, feces or vomit.

How much does laundry cost at Stinky's?
At Stinky's Laundry Provenza in El Poblado, wash, dry and fold costs 8,500 COP per kilo with Standard, ready in about 4 hours, and 11,000 COP per kilo with Express, ready in 2 hours. A full backpack of about 3 kg costs 25,500 COP with Standard or 33,000 COP with Express.
Do you charge by the kilo or by the piece?
Laundry is charged by the kilo. Magda weighs your bag at the counter, so you know the price before you pay. Sneakers cost 15,000 COP per pair and steam ironing 12,000 COP per piece. A T-shirt weighs about 150 to 250 g, a pair of jeans 600 g to 1.1 kg.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum per order at Stinky's Laundry Provenza is 10,000 COP. With Standard at 8,500 COP per kilo, a bag under about 1.2 kg costs 10,000 COP. Want something washed on its own, like whites or new jeans that may bleed? Tell Magda at drop-off. A second machine counts as 1 kg extra, so 8,500 COP more with Standard. With Express, the extra kilo costs 11,000 COP. This only applies to bags up to 6 kg. Over 6 kg we use two machines anyway, so there is no extra charge.
How much does sneaker cleaning cost?
Sneaker cleaning costs 15,000 COP per pair, the same for sneakers, canvas shoes, trail shoes and hiking boots. Bring them with your laundry or on their own. There is no Express for shoes: cleaning takes about 4 hours. Leaving soon? Tell us your departure day when you drop them off. We do not clean leather shoes, including leather sneakers, nor suede or nubuck.
How much more does Express cost?
Express costs 11,000 COP per kilo instead of 8,500 COP, so 2,500 COP more per kilo, and your laundry is ready in 2 hours. It runs every day for drop-offs by 4 pm. If an Express order is not ready after 2 hours, you pay nothing.
How can I pay? Do you take cards?
In cash, in Colombian pesos, or by bank transfer to Bancolombia. We don’t take credit or debit cards, dollars or euros. Bancolombia cash machines are on Calle 10, two minutes from the door. The amounts in other currencies on this site are approximate and only help you compare.
Do you give an invoice?
Yes. Magda writes your ticket when you drop off and sends the electronic invoice, the factura electrónica. Give her the name and the NIT or cédula you want on it with your first bag. Hosts and hotels with several properties can run everything through one WhatsApp chat.
Do you wash duvets, blankets and sleeping bags?
Yes, almost all of them, washed and dried. Only very large, heavy king-size duvets or throws are too much for our machines: soaked with water, they can weigh 30 kg. Not sure about yours? Ask us on WhatsApp before you bring it.
